Two 25-year-old office lifts brought up to current standards — one at a time, so tenants were never left without a lift.

Our solution
We kept the sound structure and rails and replaced everything that wears out: controllers, variable-frequency drives, door operators and safety gear. Both cabins were refurbished with new panels, LED lighting and accessible push buttons.
